Medication Management
Mentus Health providers will appropriately prescribe and manage medications, working in partnership with each client to identify the most effective treatment for you. Medications are an effective and often necessary part of treating the symptoms of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more.
Integrative Psychotherapy
We provide an integrative approach to psychotherapy that treats the individual as a complete system — balancing the mind, body, and soul through a blend of traditional talk therapy and mindfulness-based practices.
Individual Therapy
We offer comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults. Our approach is deeply trauma-informed, ensuring a safe and relational environment for those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and other concerns. By integrating evidence-based modalities — including CBT, DBT, and ACT — we tailor treatment to the individual.
Couples & Family Therapy
We offer a dedicated space to navigate the complexities of interpersonal dynamics through a trauma-informed and relational lens. We focus on breaking cycles of conflict and disconnection by integrating attachment-based insights with practical communication tools — whether addressing adolescent transitions, grieving as a unit, or repairing intimacy in a partnership.

SPRAVATO® (esketamine)
Available nowMentus Health is certified to administer SPRAVATO® (esketamine), an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression or depressive symptoms accompanying acute suicidal ideation.
Treatment takes place in our supervised clinical setting. SPRAVATO® is used in conjunction with an oral antidepressant and monitored for at least two hours post-dose per FDA REMS requirements.

GeneSight® Psychotropic
GeneSight Psychotropic is a pharmacogenomic test that analyzes how certain genes may affect your response to medications commonly used for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions. When clinically appropriate, our providers may use these results alongside your history and symptoms to help inform medication planning.
Collaborative Care Model
The Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) integrates behavioral health specialists directly into the primary care setting, enabling proactive, measurement-based care with regular case review and stepped-up treatment as needed. Originally developed at Duke University Medical Center, this model is the foundation of everything we do at Mentus Health.
